Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Draft — needs review before launch. This policy is a working draft. It describes what this website does today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and the items marked in brackets still need to be confirmed. Do not publish it as final without that review.
Who we are
Sysin Technologies LLC FZ (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and Sysin Technologies LLP (Kerala, India) — together "Sysin", "we" or "us" — operate this website. Whichever entity you contract with is the controller of your personal data for that engagement. For questions about this policy, write to sales@sysin.in.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us. There is no account system on this site and nothing here asks you to register.
- Enquiry details. Your name, company, work email, phone number and whatever you write in the message field, when you submit the contact form or the consultation request.
- Correspondence. Emails and call notes arising from an enquiry, kept with the enquiry so whoever picks it up has the context.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, user agent and requested URL for each request, as web servers do. These are used for security and diagnostics only.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We do not add enquirers to a marketing list or an automated follow-up sequence.
- We do not build advertising or behavioural profiles.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Cookies and similar technology
This site sets no cookies of its own. It stores one item in your browser’s local storage — your choice of which office to show first on the contact page — which never leaves your device and can be cleared with the rest of your browsing data at any time.
Fonts and the Bootstrap framework are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr), which necessarily see your IP address as part of serving those files. [Confirm before launch whether these should be self-hosted instead.]
No analytics, tag manager or advertising pixel is installed at the time of writing. If one is added, this section and any required consent banner must be updated before it goes live.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry. Because you asked us to, and because responding is a step towards a possible contract.
- To deliver a service you have engaged us for. Performance of that contract.
- To keep the site secure and working. Our legitimate interest in operating our own infrastructure safely.
- To meet legal, tax and accreditation record-keeping duties. Legal obligation.
Who else sees it
Enquiry data is visible to the Sysin staff who handle enquiries and, where relevant, the engineers who would deliver the work. Beyond that it is shared only with the service providers that make the business run — [hosting provider], [email provider], and our accountants and auditors — each acting on our instructions and bound to confidentiality.
We operate in the UAE and India, so data may be transferred between the two. Transfers are made under the safeguards required by the applicable law of the country your data was collected in.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: [24] months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the life of the engagement and [7] years afterwards, to meet tax and audit obligations.
- Server logs: [90] days.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. UAE residents have these rights under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021; Indian residents under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
To exercise any of them, email sales@sysin.in. We will respond within [30] days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
How we protect it
Our own management systems are accredited by QRO, EGAC and IAF, and we hold ISO 27001:2022 certification for information security management. In practice that means access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it, transmission is encrypted in transit, and changes are logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data and the law requires it, we will notify you and the regulator within the statutory window.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.

Question About How We Handle Your Data?
Ask us directly. A person will answer, and you will get a specific answer rather than a link back to this page.
