Terms And Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Draft — needs review before launch. These terms are a working draft covering use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement — that is a separate signed agreement — and they have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. The bracketed items must be confirmed before launch.
Agreement to these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Sysin Technologies LLC FZ (Dubai) and Sysin Technologies LLP (Kerala, India).
What this covers, and what it does not
These terms govern your use of the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement — which takes precedence over anything on this site if the two ever conflict.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not:
- probe, scan or test the security of the site or any connected system without our prior written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or any account;
- use automated means to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others;
- submit anything through the contact forms that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights;
- republish substantial parts of the site as your own material.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations, layout, code and brand marks on this site belong to Sysin or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party names mentioned on the site — 3CX, Microsoft, ISO and others — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more needs our written permission.
Accuracy of the content
The articles and briefings published here are general information about security and IT practice. They are written carefully, but they are not advice about your specific environment, and no client relationship arises from reading them. Do not make a security, compliance or architectural decision on the strength of an article alone — the right answer depends on your estate, and we would want to look at it first.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. References to ISO 27001, SOC 2, the UAE PDPL or any other framework are descriptions of our services, not an interpretation of your obligations.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. Scheduled maintenance may take it offline briefly.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it, we are not responsible for its content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. [Confirm the liability cap wording with counsel.]
Privacy
How we handle personal data submitted through this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [the United Arab Emirates / the Emirate of Dubai], and the courts of [Dubai] have exclusive jurisdiction — except that where you contract with the Indian entity, [Indian law and the courts of Kerala] apply instead. [To be confirmed with counsel for both entities.]
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
