SOC Analyst (Tier 2)

Triage and investigate alerts across endpoint, network and identity, and own the escalation path when something is real.

Internship

Start Where the Work Is Real

Our internships are supervised placements on live engagements, not a project invented to keep you busy. You get a named supervisor, a stipend and work that ships.

6 months

Security Operations Internship

Sit with the SOC team, learn triage on real alerts under supervision, and leave able to explain what an investigation actually involves.

6 months

Network & Infrastructure Internship

Rack, cable, configure and document alongside the engineers doing it. You will touch production hardware, with someone checking your work.

3 months

Compliance Internship

Support gap assessments and evidence collection on live readiness projects, and see what an assessor really asks for.

How We Actually Work

Not perks. The six things that change what a week here is like.

You will not be the only one on it

Every engagement has a named lead and a second pair of eyes. Nobody is left alone on a plant floor or an incident because they were the one who picked up the phone.

On-call is rostered, not assumed

The out-of-hours rota is published, shared and compensated. If you are not on it this week, your evening is yours.

Certifications are paid for

We fund the exam and the study time for certifications relevant to your track — and the second attempt if the first one goes badly.

Work is documented, not memorised

As-built documentation and runbooks are part of delivery, not an afterthought. It is also how you take a holiday without your phone.

Two countries, one team

Kerala and Dubai work the same engagements. Engineers move between them for projects, and the bench is shared rather than duplicated.

Accredited processes, in practice

ISO 27001:2022 and accredited management systems mean the way we work is written down — which mostly means you are not guessing at the standard.
